Careers at Maui Shallow Water Dive Academy

MSWDA is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as we expand across Maui. With a new location every three months, we offer rewarding careers for dive instructors and support staff.

•  Open Roles:

•  Dive Instructors: PADI-certified, Advanced or dive masters needed, leading 1-2 daily dives and children’s courses. Earn 1/3 of profits (projected $265,980/location in Year 1).

•  Support Staff: Assist with rentals, merchandise, and customer service. Competitive salaries.
